At the Silverton Christmas Market, we believe that the joy of the holidays is best celebrated with dazzling light displays and a wide variety of festive food and beverages! The Food Haus at the Silverton Christmas Market offers an indoor family-friendly environment in the Oregon Garden Resort’s Orchid Ballroom. Relax and warm up before continuing on the light path!
For those 21+ looking to add a touch of festive delight, we present holiday-inspired beverages such as gluhwein (a delightful warm mulled wine), hot cocoa with a shot, and of course local craft beer. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic options, including hot chocolate, hot cider, soda and water.
This is a cashless event. Please bring a debit or credit card for all food, drink and vendor purchases. Price and menu selection is subject to change based on availability.
The Food Haus Menu
The Food Haus menu features a variety of options such as sausages, schnitzel sandwiches, pulled pork mac and cheese, and more. We’ll also have a bar available with beer, wine, cider and more. Give your hot apple cider or hot chocolate a festive twist with a warming shot (+$3) of Peppermint Schnapps, 503 Distilling Vanilla Cream Whiskey or 503 Distilling Wildfire Cinnamon Rum!
The Food Haus is a great option for those looking for a dining option before the Garden View Restaurant and Christmas Market open. Please note that the Fireside Lounge is only open to guests 21 and older from 2pm-close during the Market, so we encourage families to visit The Food Haus!
