Are tickets to the Silverton Christmas Market available at the door?

We recommend that you purchase your admission tickets online in advance. A limited number of admission tickets are available at the door, and are based on availability. Ticket prices increase by $5 at the door.

What is Timed Ticketing?

We have timed slots for attendees to enter the event at 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm and 8pm. This helps ease the flow of traffic and prevent congestion. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they'd like, but may not enter the event until their scheduled time slot.

If I miss the start of my time slot, can I still attend?

Yes. We ask that you don't enter until your scheduled time, but you are welcome to arrive anytime after the start of your timeslot.

Can I reschedule my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for a different date and time through your confirmation email by selecting Exchange Ticket and choosing a new date.
